Through our diverse programs, we strive to strengthen families and encourage all family members to reach their full potential by leading healthy, productive, and self-sufficient lives. Our programs include:
Therapeutic Residential Treatment
Our St. Louis campus offers 24-hour therapeutic residential care for up to 30 emotionally-troubled, neglected, and abused children ages 10 to 17.
Steppingstone Transitional Living
This program serves youth 16-21 who are homeless, at-risk, or aging out of foster care by providing housing, life skills training, case management, and so much more.
Every Child's Hope School
A licensed K-12 school providing individualized education for those with behavior and mental health issues that prevent them from being successful in class.
Family Solutions for Kids
This community-based program offers therapy and personal counseling for individuals and families, including in-home therapy and family reunification.
Outpatient Psychiatric Services
ECH’s Outpatient Psychiatric Services provide a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan, along with medication management for children by board-certified child psychiatrists. Thanks to grants from the St. Louis County Children’s Service Fund and Franklin County Community Resource Board, children ages four to 19 who live in St. Louis County and Franklin County receive services for free.
Foster Care Case Management
ECH provides intensive case management focused on safety and permanency for children being fostered by Missouri Children’s Division in St. Louis County, St. Louis City. St. Charles County, Cole County, and Franklin County.
